As a creative director and team leader, I deeply value serving the customer with thoughtfulness, excellence and creativity pulling the thread of company culture down to the customer experience. With an extensive background in visual and interior design; sales and events; teaching and training, I bring many experiences across sectors that inspire my work daily.
I serve as Head of Platform Experience at Forte, a mental wellness platform that connects employees with unlimited access to certified Guides. I recently joined to lead client success, Guide success and the web app experience. I'm excited to be a part of this innovative startup whose mission is deeply critical to the modern workforce.
My previous role was Platform Success Manager at Gloo where they are revolutionizing personal growth through technology, data science, and analytics to serve organizations dedicated to strengthening people and communities. With high capacity and deep customer empathy, I led a team of seven that created and managed digital content libraries, resource properties and platform tools that enable customers to successful product adoption and strategic application. I managed our top five key partner relationships, innovating enablement strategies for their content. I contribute with the voice of the customer to cross-functional teams including product development, user research, user design, sales, and corporate branding. I worked directly with product managers on platform iterations and lead front-end designers in creating platform design systems. My most recent projects include pioneering a B2B marketplace and developing customer success strategies for a multi-million dollar national ad campaign.
I’ve been a website designer, interior designer, creative director, event producer, and sales manager. I’m also a classically trained musician with a BA in Vocal Performance. (Yes, opera and art songs!) Throughout my career, I’ve purposely said yes to challenging opportunities that have pushed me completely out of my element. But by embracing the fear and remaining focused on a cause bigger than myself, I have discovered immense personal and professional growth that has made the stretch worth it each time.
I live in the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area with my husband of 28 years. We have 3 adult children and a Maltipoo. In my free time, you'll find me enjoying and studying California wine - its history, current business challenges, and the future of tech+wine.
